Below is a link to an article in the Washington Post on Gov. McAuliffe’s decision to join the OCS Governors Coalition in pushing for expanded offshore oil and gas development. The announcement followed a meeting of the OCS Governors Coalition with Secretary Jewell and senior officials at the Department of Interior. The OCS Governors Coalition is Chaired by Governor Pat McCrory of North Carolina and includes the Governors of Alaska, Texas, Louisiana, Mississippi, Alabama, South Carolina, North Carolina, and now Virginia.
