North Carolina County Considers Two Year Fracking Moratorium

The Winston-Salem Journal reports “Ronda Jones, the chairwoman, said this week in a telephone interview that she has requested a draft moratorium based on one that was approved last month by the Chatham County Board of Commissioners” and that “Any final measure would be considered later at a public hearing.”
