Fallon Chattaway is HBW’s Digital Marketing Director, managing the firm’s digital and social media communications and marketing operations and providing multi-platform expertise and strategies to help clients navigate an increasingly complex online world.
Before joining HBW, Fallon applied her talents as a marketing automation and digital systems strategist to the cloud services, education and oil and gas industries at companies ranging in size from the smaller all the way up to the enterprise level at ExxonMobil. She has strong roots in audience connection and interpersonal communications for business audiences and product consumers, having helped the Houston Astros leverage the power of Instagram to support its brand and retail operations when the social platform launched in 2013.
To stay ahead of constantly changing technologies and platforms, Fallon is an aggressive learner who holds nearly a dozen certifications in automation, data analytics, and digital marketing platforms including Salesforce, Google Analytics IQ, Google Ads, Hootsuite and Hubspot. A Louisiana native and mother of four boys, Fallon earned a B.A. in Mass Communications – Public Relations from Nicholls State University and is earning a Masters of Science in Marketing from Florida International University, where she has been inducted into the Beta Gamma Sigma International Business Honors Society.
