Wyatt Boutwell – Vice President, Policy, Regulatory Affairs & Campaigns

Wyatt Boutwell is Vice President of Policy, Regulatory Affairs, and Campaigns. He brings a wealth of diverse onshore oil and gas experience to HBW Resources. Wyatt has a unique perspective on regulatory engagement which is informed by his rare combination of field experience and state/federal knowledge.

Before joining HBW, Wyatt was CEO of Flint Ridge Service LLC – a Kansas-based industrial/energy services company. While with Flint Ridge, Wyatt oversaw the expansion of the business into four states and two new service lines. He gained practical experience in the challenges confronting the American market. He also possesses substantial field experience working for an oilfield service provider in North Dakota. Prior to his oilfield service work, Wyatt was the federal lead for regulatory and legislative policy on behalf of the Association of Energy Service Companies (AESC) – the largest oil and gas well servicing association in the United States.

Wyatt Boutwell has a Bachelor of Arts in History, Political Science and Religion from the University of Mobile, a Juris Doctor from the University of South Dakota School of Law, a Master of Arts in Political Science from the University of South Dakota, and a Master of Energy Business from the University of Tulsa.
