Link Browder – Director, Government Relations and Policy Advisor
Link Browder has over 20 years of senior-level experience as a government and regulatory affairs professional focusing on oil and gas, energy production and transmission, water-related infrastructure development and natural resources issues. He has a proven track record of successfully developing and executing strategies to affect public policy and its implementation at the state and federal level. Most recently, Browder served as the Director of the House Committee on Energy Resources in the Texas House of Representatives. In this role, he managed the overall operations of the committee, which has jurisdiction over all matters pertaining to the production, regulation, transportation, and development of oil, gas and other energy resources in the State of Texas.
Previously, Browder served as the Vice President of a Washington, DC-based government relations and public affairs firm representing clients before the U.S. Congress and the regulatory agencies of the executive branch. The firm specializes in securing direct federal appropriations for water and wastewater development, federal regulatory matters pertaining to natural resources issues, utility privatization, and public lands issues. Browder has a bachelor’s degree in political science from Florida State University.
