James Voyles is the founding partner of HBW LLP, a law practice specialized in advising clients on legal and regulatory matters related to energy, natural resources, conservation, and environmental stewardship. His practice covers issues that include state and federal permitting, public lands, and species planning. He focuses on responsibly developing wind, solar, transmission, generation, refining, and mineral resources across the country.
Voyles earned a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Brigham Young University, a Master’s of Science in Public Communications from Syracuse University’s SI Newhouse School of Public Communications, and a Juris Doctorate from the Syracuse University College of Law.
James is licensed to practice law in New York and the District of Columbia.
