Our company mission is to promote government policies on behalf of our clients that encourage the development of energy resources that improve energy security, economic development & responsible environmental stewardship.

The firm’s core focus is on traditional oil & gas exploration and development, refining, alternative energy, biofuels, and nuclear energy. HBW also works on renewable energy development as well as promoting the progress of technologies that will assist companies in meeting policies and regulations aimed at curbing CO2 emissions.

Due to the firm’s long-term and significant relationship with the Russian-Norwegian Institute for Energy Management, a joint program established between the Moscow State Institute of International Relations and Norway’s Bodø Graduate School of Business and the Center for the High North, which is affiliated with the Norwegian Government, HBW Resources is also uniquely positioned to help clients advance Arctic energy and environment policies.
